Booking Terms & Conditions

*Please read these terms and conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for CornejoRentals are accepted. Failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions permits the owner or the manager to refuse the key, amend the rental or apply additional charges and/or terminate the occupancy.

1. Booking/Reservation:

Bookings can be made directly on our website or via email: Jose@cornejorentals.com or by calling/texting (646) 681-5554. A reservation is confirmed once the Guest has paid the required deposit or full rental amount, signed the rental agreeement and the Owner has provided written confirmation of the booking.

2. Payment:

The Guest agrees to pay the total rental amount as specified in the booking agreement. Payment can be made via the provided payment methods.

3.Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation Policy: The Guest acknowledges and accepts the cancellation policy specified in the booking agreement. Cancellation fees may apply. Free cancellation at least 30 days prior to check-in, or within 24 hours of booking if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. After that, cancel more than 1 week before check-in and get a 50% refund of the accommodation fee. After that, no refund will be issued. Airbnb does not refund their service fee after the free cancellation period ends.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy. No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused portions of the rental period.

4.Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-In: Check-in time is typically [4:00 PM]. Early check-in may be possible with prior arrangement.

Check-Out: Check-out time is typically [10:00 AM]. Late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement.

5.Security Deposit:

No security deposit is required at our properties

6.House Rules:

Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the Property is as specified in the booking agreement.

Pets: Pets are allowed on the Property unless otherwise specified in the booking agreement.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

7.Liability and Insurance:

The Guest acknowledges that the Owner/Manager is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay. It is recommended that the Guest obtain travel insurance.

8.Termination:

The Owner/Manager reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and evict the Guest if they violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any illegal activities on the Property.
